Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, the customer must share clear photos of the product received. Product photos are mandatory for us to review and approve the exchange request.
An exchange may be approved in cases such as:
- Incorrect product received
- Damaged or defective product
- Product received with a manufacturing issue
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, accessories, and other items included.
Once the exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process.
If the issue is caused by an error from our side, such as an incorrect or defective product being delivered, applicable shipping charges for the approved exchange will be handled according to our exchange process.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions and may not be available for delivery to some international destinations.
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on product availability, delivery location, and the shipping option selected.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the product, destination, package weight, and courier partner.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
